What size event are you planning?
i-thriv brings on-site chair massage to corporate wellness days, employee appreciation events, conferences, expos, and team activations across Southern California. A little planning up front helps us match the right number of providers to your team.

Booking window
Corporate chair massage bookings start at a 2-hour minimum per provider and go up to 8 hours per provider. Longer events are preferred by providers and give your team a more relaxed experience throughout the day.
Example setups
- 1 provider × 4 hours → ~12–20 people
- 2 providers × 4 hours → ~24–40 people
- 4 providers × 6 hours → ~72–120 people
From a single-office team to a multi-floor activation or large conference, we'll scale the right number of providers to your headcount and timeline.

Service mix, number of providers, timing, and a clear flat quote — no surprises.

Certified providers, all equipment, setup and cleanup. You greet your guests.
Payment & billing
Payment in full is due on or before the day of the event. We accept credit card and digital payments (ACH bank transfer or eCheck). We do not offer Net 30, Net 15, Net 7, or other deferred billing terms.

If your Accounts Payable (AP) system can only issue a paper check, it must be made payable to i-thriv: Wellness, Anywhere LLC and received no later than 10 business days prior to the event date. All checks must clear prior to services being rendered.
For expedited delivery, checks may be sent via FedEx or overnight delivery service. ACH bank transfer is preferred for faster processing and confirmation.

Service area: Temecula Wine Country, Orange County, Inland Empire, and Palm Springs & Desert Cities. Outside the area? We still take requests — call us first.
